About Mindful Pivots
Mindful Pivots offers Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrates the four modules of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness into individual, couple, family, and group therapy in the state of California. Using therapeutic approaches we help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and navigate life’s transitions with greater ease.
