Meet Your Therapist
Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
With a strong foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach focuses on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth, equipping individuals with practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life’s transitions.
I work with individuals, couples, and families in California, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. Whether you're facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness, my goal is to help you create meaningful change.
My Philosophy
As A Therapist
My Focus
As an African American Male, I feel my background, education, and experiences have prepared me to work with a diverse population.
My Goals For You
Goals for treatment will be identified and made collaboratively. We are on this journey together to understand where you have been and where you want to go.
My Communication Style
My belief is that therapy should be a safe space where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable with no worries of judgment. One strength of mine is meeting the clients where they are in life and having therapy be a collaborative experience.
